A community rooted in heritage, growing in Aotearoa
Tauranga Probasi Cultural Heritage Incorporated (TPCH) is a community association dedicated to preserving and celebrating Bengali and Eastern Indian cultural heritage in the Tauranga region.
We are immigrants and New Zealanders — people who carry two homes in their hearts. Our work centres on language, music, dance, and the arts, ensuring the next generation stays connected to the culture their families brought with them.
Probasi Cultural Festival
Our annual celebration of Bengali & Eastern Indian arts — a joyful showcase of music, classical and folk dance, drama, poetry, and cuisine, welcoming all of Tauranga.
